Ronnie Bradley is the owner and President of Bertsch Moving and Storage. Ronnie came to Bertsch in 1973 at the age of 25. He worked on the trucks, then moved into the office. He went into sales and moved up to Vice President. In 2004, he purchased the company from the family.
Ronnie believes in “doing the right thing” He uses that motor in his treatment of both his customers as well as his team. The team often refer to Bertsch as family and that is due to the way Ronnie runs this business. The other members of the Bertsch team have been here for years because they really respect how he runs the business and how he treats them.
When not at work, he spends time on his ranch, putting up hay, raising a few cows and horses.

Kam Smith has been with Bertsch Moving and Storage since 2012. She started out as office administration and now is our Sales Manager (estimator), Move Coordinator and runs the Marketing Department.
Her goal is to always make sure we have a happy and satisfied customer. She will go out of her way to accommodate any and all needs of a customer’s request, whether it be work on a weekend or late nights. She strives on one on one personal contact with everyone she talks to and works with. She is very dedicated to not only her position but to all customers that she makes contact with. Customer service is one of her strongest assets she brings to Bertsch Moving and Storage.
Outside of Bertsch Moving and Storage she enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family doing what they love, which is outside sports, dirt bike riding, car racing, drifting events, long walks and family gatherings on weekends.
Kam’s goal with Bertsch Moving and Storage is to keep expanding the opportunities we have to keep growing as a company in whole.
ANNA JONES
Dispatcher / Sales and Move Coordinator

Anna is the dispatcher of Bertsch Moving and Storage. She started working for Bertsch Moving and Storage in 1995 as a receptionist and moved up to Dispatcher. Her knowledge of the moving industry has been a great asset to our company. She was recognized by Allied Van Lines as a “Better Together” candidate in 2010. A fellow agent nominated her and said, “She is such a pleasure to work with. She is always very pleasant and easy to work with in any situation.”
Outside of Bertsch, Anna loves to spend time walking her two dogs and spending time with her grandchildren.

Connie is our Office Manager and oversees the Operations/Accounting areas of Bertsch Moving and Storage. Connie has over 30 years of experience in Operation Management of several different types of businesses.
Digging into the numbers side is a challenge that Connie enjoys. At the same time, she wants to make sure that all customers understand those numbers and see and appreciates the value that our team brings to customers’ homes and offices.
Connie also strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. This can only be done with a great team and the best communication.

Outside of Bertsch, Connie operates her own business consulting firm as well as helps her husband with his construction company. When the work is all done, Connie enjoys her family time. She is a mother to three sons, has a beautiful daughter-in-law, and has been blessed with two awesome grandchildren that have stolen her heart.
