If I have questions during my move, who should I contact?

If you have any questions come up during your move, you should contact your moving consultant. They will be available to help you with anything you need during the process.

When is the best time to move?

The best time to move is whenever fits your schedule and time frame the best. However, we will say that the busiest times for all moving companies are during the summer months approximately between May 15 – September 15 with the majority of people relocating then.

Is there a recommended time frame for planning my move?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you are planning on moving soon you should contact your moving company within four to six weeks of the date you want to move. It’s always better to start early to ensure that your moving company can meet your desired delivery schedule.

How long does the onsite survey take?

The onsite survey should take around 1 and 2-1/2 hours, depending on the size of your home, details of your move and the number of questions you may have for us. We recommend that you leave a fairly generous window open in your schedule so we can gather as much information as we need.

What are my payment options?

We accept a few payment options, cash, certified check, money order, and most major credit cards. If your employer is paying for your move, please make sure those arrangements are made prior to the start of your move.
